Since the onset of COVID-19, we've begun to ask ourselves questions about our processes as we look for ways to improve how we work and how our customers get their information. We needed to find ways of increasing transparency and allowing for greater customer access to their accounts.
As you are more than likely doing as well, we're trying to find ways of working smarter instead of harder. The old methods of mailing invoices, sending monthly statements and taking credit card payments over the phone are still viable for some. But they don't offer the same ability that a robust payment portal can offer for times when you prefer a self-service option or need help after hours.
